Nusajaya Consolidated acquires land at Puteri Harbour Land

KUALA LUMPUR: Nusajaya Consolidated Sdn Bhd (NCSB) has acquired a parcel of Puteri Harbour Land in Johor Bahru from Bandar Nusajaya Development Sdn Bhd and UEM Land Bhd for RM16.3 million.

In a filing to Bursa Malaysia on Nov 10, United Malayan Land Bhd (UM Land) said the acquisition of the 2.2-acre land, namely Parcel A3, by its 50% joint-venture company was pursuant to the option to purchase agreement on Oct 14 last year and the supplemental option to purchase agreement on July 13 this year.

The option for NCSB to purchase the other land parcel at Puteri Harbour Land, namely Parcel Commercial South 3 measuring about 6.698 acres, remains valid until the expiry of the option period on Dec 31 this year.
