Peridot Hilltop Residence sold out during launch

RAWANG: All 66 bungalow lots at Peridot Hilltop Residence in the Emerald township in Rawang, Selangor — valued at RM33 million — were sold during the launch last weekend, Apr 23 and 24).

"All the bungalow lots were sold by 2pm on Sunday, and the great response speaks a lot about the growing appeal of the Emerald township," said developer Guocoland (Malaysia) Bhd managing director Yeow Wai Siaw in a statement on Tuesday.

Priced from RM350,000 to RM910,000, the freehold bungalow lots ranged from 5,200 sq ft to 10,700 sq ft. Guocoland is offering a 10% discount for bookings made before April 30.

The Peridot Hilltop Residence is the last phase of the Peridot gated-and-guarded enclave, which contains 232 bungalow lots.

It features lush landscaping and is located at 250 ft above sea level. A new Chinese school and a new AEON shopping mall due for completion at the end of the year are expected to add value to the township.

The Emerald township is jointly developed by Guocoland Malaysia and Hong Bee Land Sdn Bhd, the former acting as project manager.
