Rahim & Co, Savills Rahim & Co win at Asia Pacific Property Awards

KUALA LUMPUR: Rahim & Co Chartered Surveyors and Savills Rahim & Co received awards for Best Property Consultancy and Real Estate Agency for Malaysia at the Asia Pacific Property Awards on May 10 here.

In a statement today, Rahim & Co today said hundreds of Asia’s finest developers, architects, interior designers and real estate agents participated in the awards.

"With 429 awards bestowed upon 260 companies from 23 countries in the region, it was the biggest International Property Awards regional event in the awards programme’s 19-year history," it said.

Rahim & Co, one of the largest real estate consultancy firms in Malaysia with 18 offices nationwide, provides high quality services that combine the best of international standards with local know-how. Services include valuation, research and advisory, property and facilities management, real estate agency, investment consultancy and project management.

However, the President of the International Property Awards, Stuart Shield,said the record level of participation from Asia this year has elevated the calibre of this competition.

"With the bar set so high, the other regions have their work cut out for them if they hope to outshine Asia in the International Property Awards Final event," he said.

The International Property Awards are a world-renowned mark of excellence and judging is carried out through a meticulous process involving a panel of over 70 experts covering every aspect of the property business.
