PETALING JAYA: England-based developer, Berkeley Homes is currently marketing 167 units of waterside residences known as The Residence (pictured) at Woodberry Park in London to international investors.

Located in the North of London, the price for the units housed in 27-storey towers starts from £157,500 (RM808,000). The types of apartments on sale include 1-bedroom (426 to 549 sq ft), 2-bedroom, (710 to 920 sq ft) and 3-bedroom (880 to 1,679sq ft) units.

Its marketing agent for Malaysia, Henry Butcher Malaysia said it has sold over 15 units prior to the upcoming exhibition of the project from March 6 to 7, 2010. Henry Butcher Malaysia will also run an exclusive RSVP preview at the Top Hats Restaurant in KL on March 4.

“Malaysia is the first sales centre to kick off the exhibition before Hong Kong and Singapore, which means our Malaysian clients will be able to pick up among the best units,” Henry Butcher’s president Lim Eng Chong told theedgeproperty.com on March 1.

According to Henry Butcher, The Residence will command exceptional panoramic views of London’s iconic skyline and fronts 43 acres of open water in two reservoirs.

The project is still under construction and is expected to be completed in Spring 2012.

The project sits within a couple of minutes walk to the Manor House Tube Station and approximately 16 minutes to Covent Garden.
