Ridgewood Ipoh

KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 3): Phase one of Hua Yang Bhd’s Ridgewood project, comprising 84 units of 3-storey cluster semi-detached houses and six units of 3-storey bungalows, has enjoyed a 73% take-up rate, said assistant general manager Tony Ng in a press release today.

He added that the unsold homes were “choice units of the [3-storey cluster] semi-detached houses”.

The first phase’s certificate of completion and compliance was obtained on Oct 28.

Sited on 21.53 acres of land, the development has a gross development value (GDV) of RM53 million, with units ranging from 2,594 sq ft to 2,978 sq ft.

Unit prices range from RM550,800 to RM717,800.

“Our presence in this thriving community solidifies our position in the Northern region, especially in strategic and well-established locales,” Ng remarked.

The development is located near the Ipoh-South interchange of the North-South Expressway and 12km from Ipoh city.

There is also an assortment of amenities nearby, such as food courts, banks, restaurants, schools (Sekolah Kebangsaan Tasek and Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Bercham), several supermarkets such as Tesco Extra Bercham, Giant Bercham, Aeon Kinta City and Tesco Ipoh, and a police station.

“With the numerous amenities located close to where they live, residents of these homes enjoy the convenience and comfort of a contemporary urban lifestyle,” Ng added.

Ridgewood also has an array of facilities including a central landscape garden, an outdoor gym as well as an access card system, CCTVs, security guards and perimeter fencing.

Hua Yang hosts more than 15,000 properties across the nation worth about RM2.6 billion.
