PETALING JAYA (May 22): If you must decide between buying a smaller unit in the heart of Kuala Lumpur or a more spacious home away from the city centre, what would be your choice?

This was the question posed to a group of prospective property investors aged between 25 and 35 years.

Some choose a smaller-sized unit in the city because of the convenience the location offers. Others prefer staying close to amenities like shopping malls.

Then, there are those who opt for a bigger living space and do not mind staying further away from the city lights.

Ultimately, property investment is a very personal decision. It is clear that what works for one person may not necessarily work for another.
