KUALA LUMPUR: Sunway City Bhd (SunCity), through its subsidiary Sunway Damansara Sdn Bhd, has launched a gated and guarded project, Sunway Rymba Hills in Sunway Damansara.

The low-density residential development project has a gross development value (GDV) of RM270 million.

Sunway Rymba Hills is also the only residential development in Petaling Jaya with an exclusive 2.6ha private forest park.

The 7.9ha project comprises 80 units of 3-storey forest villas, SunCity said in a statement on June 8.
