Sunway Merica homes open for registration

KUALA LUMPUR: Sunway Merica, the 3-storey semi detached residential units developed in Sungai Ara by Sunway City (Penang) Sdn Bhd, is now open for registration.

The developer is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunway City Bhd (SunCity).

SunCity's property development division managing director Ho Hon Sang said that with SunCity's strong track record in building quality homes, homebuyers could look at Sunway Merica as another positive investment for the future.

The new homes' features include wide windows, private balconies to a spacious garden area and a gross floor area of 3,972 sq ft, a statement from the company said here today.

Prices for the upmarket properties range from RM1.5 million.

The company also recently launched 86 units of 3-storey terrace houses which come with six bedrooms inclusive of two master bedrooms with dedicated wardrobe area and balcony.
