KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 22): UDA Holdings Bhd has raked in RM142 million sales of 201 property units from its recently-concluded U4RIA Property Carnival, held in December 2014.

In a press statement today, UDA’s group managing director Ahmad Abu Bakar said demand for local properties was still encouraging and that the market was still on an upward trend.

“We are pleased to be able to surpass our initial sales target of RM136.2 million,” he said.

In view of the success of U4RIA, Ahmad Abu Bakar said UDA will be hosting more events of this nature, to promote and market its products.

“We will, of course, offer our prospective house buyers the same; if not more attractive promotional discount packages in UDA’s future property carnival campaigns,” he added.
