UOA Development to launch RM3.5 billion worth of projects this year

KUALA LUMPUR, May 28 (Bernama) -- Property developer, UOA Development Bhd,
which has RM2 billion worth of projects implemented todate, is targetting to
launch more projects in the next few months, bringing the gross development
value (GDV) to RM3.5 billion this year.
General Manager Eugene Lee said the project would keep the company busy for
the next two to three years.
"So far, we have launched projects worth RM2 billion in GDV and we expect to
launch the remaining (projects) by the second half of the year," he told
reporters after the company's annual and extraordinary general meetings here
today.
Among the projects to be launched include the subsequent phases of Kencana
Square, The Vertical Office Suites Phase II, South View Residences,
[email protected] Kiara Hills and Desa Green - all located in the Klang Valley.
"We are quite confident that we will do well and maybe even better than
2012," he said, adding that the company had a landbank of 44.52 hectares worth
RM15 billion in GDV.
