KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysian property developer Sunrise Bhd may consider injecting some of its property assets into a  real estate investment trust (REIT) as they begin to deliver stable income, its executive chairman said.

"We have invested considerably in a pool of investment assets over the last few years, which are now starting to  bear fruit," said Tong Kooi Ong.

KYM Holdings Bhd acquires RM3 mil land near Gohtong JayaManufacturing and property development company KYM Holdings Bhd is acquiring three contiguous parcels of leasehold land in Genting Highlands for RM3 million.In a July 20 filing, the company said it had entered into a sale and purchase agreement on July 19 with the vendor Datuk Seri Thiagarajah Nadarajah JP for the parcels
