The group said its property development segment’s unbilled sales stood at RM1.5 billion as at Dec 31, 2016, which will provide earnings visibility for the division over the next one to two years.

Its quarterly revenue was up marginally by 1.6% to RM149.32 million from RM146.93 million, mainly contributed by its construction segment, which generated RM102.9 million.

Kimlun has an estimated construction and manufacturing balance order book of approximately RM1.67 billion and RM260 million respectively as at Dec 31, 2016.
