Libyan to be charged with Wan Amirah’s murder

SEPANG (Oct 29): A 23-year-old Libyan man is expected to be charged under Section 302 of the Penal Code at a magistrate’s court here with the murder of assistant manager Wan Amirah Wan Alias, reported The Star today The Libyan will also be charged under Section 326 of the Penal Code with voluntarily causing grievous hurt by dangerous weapons or means.
