The move marks a concrete step towards realising the 600-hectare industrial park, following an initial joint venture agreement signed in October last year, said Tanco in a bourse filing on Friday.
The increase in revenue was mainly contributed by advanced construction work progress from its ongoing projects coupled with commendable take-up of recently launched projects.
It added that the industrial park would complement its proposed development of the smart AI container port project in Negeri Sembilan.
These are warrants issued under Tanco’s bonus issue in August 2022, involving up to 1.
