Tanco buys RM8m office in Puchong
KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 3): Tanco Holdings Bhd has entered into a sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with Wawasan Indera Sdn Bhd for the acquisition of a four-storey building in Puchong at RM8 million.
Tanco proposes 1-for-2 free warrants
KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 22): Tanco Holdings Bhd has proposed the issuance of free warrants to reward shareholders, on the basis of one warrant for every two existing ordinary Tanco shares held on an entitlement date to be announced later.
Tanco disposes of Duta Vista suites for RM50 million
KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 9): Tanco Holdings Bhd is selling off all the unit parcels in Duta Vista Executive Suites in Kuala Lumpur to Penang-based real estate company Eternal Village Sdn Bhd for RM50 million.
