SHAH ALAM (Oct 8): A member of Fitness First wellness centre in Setia City Mall, Setia Alam, Selangor was tested positive for Covid-19.
The management of Setia City Mall made an announcement on Facebook today that it has been informed by Fitness First about the case.
“The Fitness First team on duty have undergone the Covid-19 test and will observe a 14-day self-quarantine. Our partner has also put together another team so that they can continue to serve their members,” it said.
It added that both Fitness First and the mall have conducted thorough cleaning last night (Oct 7).
“Please be assured that we are in close contact with the Ministry of Health (MOH) and other relevant authorities and will keep you informed of any updates,” it added.
According to a letter sent by Fitness First to its members, the Covid-19 infected member last visited the Setia City Mall branch on Friday (Oct 2) but did not show any symptoms at that time.
