Sime Darby Property to launch Lifestyle@9 campaign

PETALING JAYA (Feb 17): Sime Darby Property Bhd is launching its Lifestyle@9 campaign on Feb 20 which aims to promote its Negeri Sembilan townships.

Sime Darby has four townships in the state, namely Nilai Impian, Bandar Ainsdale, Chemara Hills and Planters’ Heaven.

Visitors of the campaign will have the opportunity to view Sime Darby Property’s newly launched affordable properties – Azalea 2 and Kiara Court – at the Nilai Impian Sales Gallery this weekend.

Azalea 2 is a 24 ft by 74 ft two-storey terraced house overseeing the township’s 16-acre lake.

Prices for the two-storey terraced houses – which come with an open plan design and natural lighting and ventilation – start from RM635,888.

Besides Azalea 2, visitors can also view courts 1 and 2 of the six-storey Kiara Court apartments.

There are a total of 96 units of apartments for sale with a built-up area of 929 sq ft.

Prices start from RM312,888 and feature amenities such as a family-friendly swimming pool and two covered parking bays per unit.

“Through Lifestyle@9, we hope to create greater awareness of our townships within Negeri Sembilan for our potential buyers and at the same time promote a healthy lifestyle through the various planned activities for the campaign,” said managing director of Sime Darby Property Datuk Jauhari Hamidi.

“The campaign also aims to highlight the investment value of our products as a result of the improved accessibility via several highways such as the North-South Expressway, LEKAS Highway and ELITE Highway, including major trunk roads to Negeri Sembilan,” he added.

Sime Darby’s first township development is the 1,800-acre Nilai Impian which started in 1997.

It comprised industrial units and affordable homes as its initial development.

It was followed by the Bandar Ainsdale and Chemara Hills townships, which were launched in 2012 and 2013 respectively.

“We foresee Negeri Sembilan to be the next investment hub after Klang Valley,” Jauhari concluded.
