Brem Holding net profit up 32.9% to RM4.49m

KUALA LUMPUR: Brem Holding Bhd's net profit rose 32.9% to RM4.49 million for its second quarter ended Sept 30, 2010, from RM3.01 million a year ago on higher revenue.

Turnover inched up to RM28.63 million from RM28.55 million a year ago, it announced to Bursa Malaysia on Friday, Nov 26.

Basic earnings per share stood at 3.3 sen, up from 2.5 sen while net assets per share stood at RM2.87, up from RM2.81.

The group expects its performance to improve this year underpinned by better results from its property divisions.
