KUALA LUMPUR: Property services company, Colliers International has been ranked on Jan 28, 2010 by the China Real Estate Developers Association (CREDA) as one of the top 10 development consultants in China ’s real estate industry in 2009.

Eric Lam, Managing Director of Colliers International in Guangzhou, said, “This award proves that our property management quality service is highly regarded in the market.”

The Teem Tower has been awarded the Most Remarkable Property in China by CREDA. The project is co-managed by Guangdong Teem (holding) Ltd and Colliers International. The Teem Tower is the first to use the Buildfilio property management system and access control system, and is the best property management project of Colliers International.

Colliers International was also noted for its strength in customer references and its professional services and excellent performance in the real estate industry, the company said in a statement. Colliers is the only foreign property firm to receive this recognition, it said.

Colliers International has been involved in the Chinese real estate market for over 15 years, with a total property management area of over 8,000,000 sq m in 2009.
Colliers added that its research & project advisory team has also been undertaking several consultancy projects on behalf of various clients including the Guangzhou New TV Tower, Guangzhou Metro, TESCO, Foshan Dongping New City, the previous north railway station in Baiyun district and Caifu Tiandi Plaza among others.
