PETALING JAYA: D’Tiara Corp Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Oilcorp Bhd, has entered into a Share Sale Agreement with Amanahraya Development Sdn Bhd to dispose of the entire issued and paid up share capital of its wholly owned subsidiary, D’Tiara Hotels & Resorts Sdn Bhd (DHR) for a consideration of RM1.

DHR is principally engaged in the business of providing hotel and lodging facilities for tourists, travellers, holiday makers and vacationers and operating clubs and resorts, tourist and travel agents and contractors in the leisure and tourism industries.

It is the current operator and manager of hotel suites in Amanahraya Corporate Tower & D’Tiara Hotel Suites in Kuala Lumpur.
