PETALING JAYA (July 2): UEM Sunrise sold out the houses on offer in its Acacia precinct in its Serene Heights township in Bangi. The sales value of RM73.4 million was achieved within two days of the launch on June 27.

The houses in Acacia have a built-up area of between 2,143 sq ft and 2,837 sq ft, and were priced from RM550,800.

Acacia is a precinct in the first phase of Serene Heights, along with another precinct called Begonia. They comprise 121 and 153 2-storey terraced houses, respectively, and have a gross development value (GDV) of RM180.7 million.

Units in Begonia are still available, and have a built-up area of between 2,204 sq ft and RM2,756 sq ft. The starting price RM636,800.

Serene Heights, the group’s latest township in Klang Valley is spread across 448 acres of freehold land and has a GDV of RM3.2 billion.

The township is located near schools and universities such as Sekolah Rendah Sri Al-Amin, Rafflesia International and Tanarata International School, as well as Univeristi Putra Malaysia and Nottingham University.

Serene Heights can be accessed via three highways: the North-South Highway (Plus) by exiting the Bangi or Putra Mahkota interchanges; Kajang-Seremban Highway (Lekas) at Semenyih interchange; or via the Silk Highway at Kajang interchange via Jalan Reko.
