IJM Land: 80% of Kalista Residence sold within a day

KUALA LUMPUR: IJM Land Bhd achieved an 80% take-up rate for its latest development, Kalista Residence, in Seremban 2 at its launch on Sunday.

According to IJM Land, the queue started as early as 8am. The company provided three meals, movies and WiFi during the launch.

Kalista Residence, an 18-storey condominium tower, saw 169 of its 208 apartments sold with a gross sales value of RM52 million.  

The development is located on 3.5 acres (1.4ha) of freehold land, 4km south of Seremban 2. It has a gross development value of RM63 million. The apartments range from 1,063 sq ft to 1,383 sq ft, starting from RM254,800 onwards.

Facilities include a swimming pool, wading pool, landscaped garden, gymnasium, sky lounge, multi-purpose function room and kindergarten. Each floor has two wings with six units per wing per floor.

The project offers practical layouts which cater to buyers who prefer modern and chic living. Each unit comes with 2’ x 2’ porcelain tiles for the living room, dining area and all bedrooms. Wall tiles for bathrooms reach up to the ceiling. The bedrooms have an extra wide entrance and 4’ x 8’ doors that are fire resistant and floor-to- floor ceiling windows of 3,300mm to create a cooler and airy home.
