PETALING JAYA: Jaya Shopping Centre in Section 14, Jalan Semangat, Petaling Jaya recently launched its new business-to-business (B2B) website targeting retailers and the business community in gearing up towards its upcoming opening in the first quarter of this year.

“This is yet another milestone for Jaya as we count down to the opening of the mall,” said Ismail Ani Arope, director of Jaya Section Fourteen Sdn Bhd, the developer.

“The website is intended to reach a wider audience of those keen to know more about Jaya Shopping Centre by reducing barriers and making it more convenient for people to reach us.

“Interested retailers can now download key information on Jaya Shopping Centre and register via the online Leasing Enquiry Form, or by calling the telephone numbers on the website. They can also contact DTZ Nawawi Tie Leung, our exclusive leasing agent,” said Ismail.

The website, http://jayashoppingcentre.my, is multi-functional and showcases all the key data on the shopping centre, including the building design and floor plans of the various levels.

Jaya Shopping Centre, which has a net lettable area of 270,000 sq ft spread over seven floors, will be home to more than 150 retail lots, including a cinema and supermarket. Occupancy rate currently stands at 80%.

Located across the street from Digital Mall, the shopping centre has an immediate catchment of 130,000 households comprising a population of 660,000.
