KUALA LUMPUR (April 13): Ken Holdings Bhd is looking to generate over RM10 million of recurring rental income a year from its Menara Ken @ TTDI office tower in Taman Tun Dr Ismail here.

Menara Ken @ TTDI, along Jalan Burhanuddin Helmi, is slated for completion by the end of this year, according to Ken Holdings executive chairman Datuk Kenny B.K Tan.

"Menara Ken @ TTDI will house platinum-grade office spaces, an art gallery, a performing arts theater, a roof-top pool, a sky bar, a gymnasium and a vast variety of F&B outlets.

"Apart from this, we are also hoping for the start of our development project in Kelantan by the third or fourth quarter of this year to help boost our recurring income base," Tan said at Ken Holdings' annual general meeting here today.

He said the company's on-going projects would generate stable recurring income from the end of this year onward.
