Bandar Melawati

KUALA SELANGOR (Feb 19): The Kuala Selangor District Council (MDKS) will be renting out shoplots from the Bandar Melawati bus and taxi stand, and one shoplot from the Sungai Buloh Bazaar.

Applicants may hand in their papers for the units on the upper floor of the bus and taxi stand, and the single unit in the bazaar by March 17.

"Those who are interested in renting the shoplots must prepare a management proposal,” said Azahari Sairin, MDKS secretary.

"They will also have to ensure the surrounding cleanliness, maintenance of the shoplot and other appropriate concepts,” he said.

"The paperwork has to be handed in before March 17, 2016 or on the date itself," he added.

Interested parties may contact the Property Evaluation and Management Department of MDKS at 03-3289 1439 (ext 165/219/172) or via their website at www.mdks.gov.my. — The Malaysian Insider
