KUALA LUMPUR: Kumpulan Hartanah Selangor Bhd (KHSB) is disposing of 17 plots of industrial land in Selangor Halal Hub, Pulau Indah, Selangor for RM57.05 million.
KHSB, via its subsidiary Central Spectrum (M) Sdn Bhd entered into a sales and purchase agreement with Batam Heights Sdn Bhd on September 30, 2010. The leasehold lands measure a total of 67.17 acres.
The company said on Thursday, September 30 that the proposed disposal will accelerate the development of Selangor Halal Hub, Pulau Indah and also enhance the economy in Pulau Indah by providing job opportunities and demand on property in Pulau Indah.
