Mah Sing to acquire additional land in Cyberjaya

KUALA LUMPUR: Mah Sing Group Bhd through its wholly-owned subsidiary Myvilla Development Sdn Bhd has, on Feb 10 has announced its intention to acquire a tract of commercial land measuring 6.32 acres in Cyberjaya from Cyberview Sdn Bhd for a sum of RM21,743,422.

The land is adjacent to the 115.25 acres freehold site which Mah Sing had earlier proposed to acquire from Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd and Cyberview Sdn Bhd. The site will be developed into a medium- to high-end residential development named Garden Residence, with an estimated gross development value of RM690million.

The group intends to develop a commercial development encompassing lifestyle retail and serviced apartments on the adjacent plot.
