KUALA LUMPUR: Property developer Mah Sing Group Bhd will launch its new precinct, Palmiera@Kinrara Residence, in Bandar Kinrara, Puchong by the next quarter, its chief operating officer James Bruyns said.

In an email reply to theedgeproperty.com, he noted that this precinct will comprise 2- and 3-storey semi-detached houses, with a gateless concept and a seamless street where residents can interact freely.

"There will also be a two-acre central linear park for residents," he added.

To be built on a piece of 3,200-sq-ft land, each 2-storey semi-detached house will have a built up of 3,138 sq ft, priced from RM1.4million. The 3 storey semi-detached houses, meanwhile, will have size on 4,118 sq ft on a 3,200-sq-ft land.

The indicative pricing of the 3-storey semi-detached  houseis from RM1.6 million.

Kinrara Residence, developed by Mah Sing Group, is a medium high end residential project. This gated and guarded development spans over 139 acres, and will comprise residence linear parks and a communal lifestyle living with a sleek-designed clubhouse equipped with facilities such as a swimming pool, wading pool, changing rooms, gym room and a community centre for residents.

The developer first launched the project last year, offering 2-, 2½- and 3-storey superlinks priced from RM738,800, RM838,800 and RM968,800 respectively. These have since seen a take-up rate of more than 65%, Bruyns said.

He added that the developer intends to preview 3-storey bungalows in the second half.
