KUALA LUMPUR: A preview of Mah Sing Group Bhd's Kinrara Residences has attracted over 1,000 visitors mainly from the nearby Bandar Kinrara Puchong held at its sales gallery over the weekend of Aug 28 and 29.

About 300 privileged registrants turned up on the first day while some interested buyers have been lining up as early as a week before the preview, the property developer announced in a statement on Monday, Aug 30.

Group managing director and group chief executive Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum said: "Kinrara is a very popular residential enclave. We have been able to draw buyers to our projects with our concept and designs. Buyers interested in Kinrara Residences still have an opportunity to select choice units at Kinrara's Sales gallery."

The sales preview featured three types namely 2-storey link homes with a 2,488 sq ft built up priced indicatively at RM718,000 onwards, 2½ -storey link homes with a built-up of 3,038 sq ft priced indicatively at RM808,000 onwards and 3-storey superlink units with a 3,318 sq ft built-up with an indicative price of RM888,000 onwards.

According to earlier news reports, Kinrara Residences is planned as a gated-and-guarded community that spans 139 acres with a gross development value (GDV) of RM830 million. The first phase contains 447 units.

The project features a private clubhouse with swimming pool and wading pool, gymnasium, barbeque area and multipurpose hall.

The development is connected via an integrated network of trunk roads and highways, namely the Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP), New Pantai Expressway (NPE), North Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), Shah Alam Expressway, Puchong-Sungai Besi Highway, Old Klang Raod and the Middle Ring Road 2.

Amenities that are close to the project site include Columbia Asia Hospital Puchong, Sunway Medical Centre, Tesco, Giant Jaya Jusco, IOI Mall, Endah Parade, SUnwya Pyramid, Empire Gallery, Subang Parade and Summit Subang.

Leong said the next launch is M Suites@Jalan Ampang comprising semi-residential furnished suites from 500 sq ft onwards, which is due to take place from Sept 3 to Sept 5.
