KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 5):  OSK Property Bhd has been named on Forbes Asia’s Best Under a Billion 2015 list. The list recognises 200 high-performing Asia-Pacific public companies with an annual revenue of US$5 million (RM18.8 million) to US$1 billion (RM37.6 billion).

“OSK Property is honoured to be recognised as one of the companies on Forbes Asia’s Best Under a Billion 2015 and we would like to share this joy with our team for their continuous hard work and commitment,” said OSK Property executive director Ong Ju Xing during an award ceremony and dinner on Nov 2 in Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa, Kuala Lumpur.

This award was presented by Forbes Media vice-chairman, Christopher Forbes, and witnessed by founder and chairman of Sunway Group, Tan Sri Jeffrey Cheah.

Forbes Asia’s annual Best Under a Billion list features publicly traded companies with positive net income for at least a year, with winners selected from 17,000 companies based on sales growth, earnings growth and return on equity.

OSK Property Holdings has managed and developed award-winning residential and commercial properties in Malaysia. Its projects have a total gross development value of over RM6.5 billion.
