KEDAH: Country Heights Holdings Bhd’s Belleza Garden Homes in Jitra, Kedah has seen a take-up rate of 70% for its second phase since its launch in June 2013.

The nine-acre (3.64ha) project, which comprises 2-and 3-storey link homes, has a total gross development value (GDV) of RM39 million with prices ranging from RM361,000 to RM566,000.

The RM60 million first phase was launched in January 2011 and all 194 units were sold at between RM260,000 and RM560,000. Country Heights plans to launch the final phase in the second half of this year.

Belleza Garden Homes is a low density project built within 489 acres of freehold land in its master development, Kolej Heights Utara. The master project is fully gated and guarded comprising a clubhouse, bungalows, shop houses, Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Tunku Anum and a sports complex.

According to Country Heights, 90% of the bungalows have been taken up since the launch in 2000. The built-up area is from 6,000 sq ft to 8,000 sq ft per lot.

The Belleza Garden Homes which has a built-up of 2,059 sq ft, feature a “minimalist” design. Residents can enjoy clubhouse facilities such as a pool terrace, restaurant, 24-hour security and CCTV.

There is also a Sports Living Club, which offers various facilities such as badminton court, swimming pool, gymnasium, seminar hall, playground, and indoor and outdoor recreational space.

The development is five minutes’ drive to the Sultan Abdul Halim International Airport, 15 minutes to Alor Setar, and 25 minutes to Kuala Kedah and Universiti Utara Malaysia.

Its 2- and 3-storey Garden Linked Villas feature a “minimalist” modern design that is complemented by 15m of interlocking pavers leading up to each unit’s unique imprint concrete car porch.
