PETALING JAYA: All 34 semi-detached units of Sime Darby Property Bhd’s high-end development at Seri Pilmoor in the Ara Damansara township of Petaling Jaya were snapped up during the sales launch over the March 12 weekend.

Meanwhile, the 34 bungalows released at the same launch recorded more than 50% take up, bringing total sales value to RM180 million.

“The take-up rate for Seri Pilmoor has been beyond expectations with mainly local buyers,” said Sime Darby Property’s managing director, Datuk Tunku Putra Badlishah Tunku Annuar said in an e-mail reply to theedgeproperty.com on March 17.

“Judging from the very good response, we might release for sale all available units sooner,” he said.
