PETALING JAYA: Sime Darby Property Bhd is expecting good sales for iits high-end development named "Seri Pilmoor" in Ara Damansara.

The project with a gross development value of RM469 million comprises 74 bungalow retreats from 6,500 sq ft and 34 semi-detached homes from 4,600 sq ft ensconced within 28.5 acres of landscaped elevated freehold land.

"The project was on our website for three months and has attracted about 1,600 interested parties of a good mix but mainly locals," said Managing Director Datuk Tunku Putra Badlishah Tunku Annuar.at a special preview on Friday March 12 prior to the launch over the weekend.

Prices for the bungalows are from RM4.57 million with three design types and six different rooftop pavillion layouts, while the semi-detached units begin from RM2.8 million with two different pavillion layouts.

The units would be released in phases."For the semi-detached, we are releasing all in the first phase itself,
while for the bungalows, we are releasing 34 units first," he said.

Seri Pilmoor is Sime Darby's first landed strata development and is scheduled for completion in 2013.

Ara Damansara is easily accessible from Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya Subang Jaya and Shah Alam via well-connected highways. Future plans for Ara Damansara include an international school, community square and executive suites.
