TRC Synergy's Cambodian unit in US$9.36m property project

KUALA LUMPUR: TRC Synergy's unit TRC Land (Cambodia) Ltd has entered a US$9.36 million (RM31 million) construction contract with Delta Garden Ltd to build bungalows and infrastructure for a project in Kandal Province, Cambodia.

TRC said on Wednesday, May 26 the contract the contract involved the balance of works on 49 bungalows and associated infrastructure for phase one of Delta Garden Development Project.

It said the contract, barring unforeseen circumstances, would contribute positively to the group's earnings in the future.
