KUALA LUMPUR: TSR Bina Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of TSR Capital Bhd, has acquired M-TSR Tek Sdn Bhd, making the latter an indirect unit of the group.

The group said on Wednesday, Sept 8, that it had on Sept 3 acquired an additional 225,000 shares of RM1 each at par in M-TSR Tek, which is a building and civil engineering works contractor company.
