KAJANG: United Malayan Land Bhd's (UMLand) subsidiary Bangi Heights Development Sdn Bhd is launching a new project called Legundi Residensi — which has an expected gross development value (GDV) of RM40 million — in the Bandar Seri Putra township near Kajang.
Legundi Residensi will have 65 houses, comprising 52 units of double-storey cluster homes, 12 units of double-storey semi-detached houses and one double-storey bungalow.
The cluster homes' land area range from 35' x 65' to 35' x 75', with prices starting from RM543,000. The semi-detached units — ranging from 40' x 75' — are priced from RM 687,000, while the bungalow — with a land area of 6,167 sq ft — is priced at RM1.2 million.
The official launch will be on Saturday, Apr 16 at the Bandar Seri Putra Sales Gallery.
The developer said the "Legundi Residensi" will help the company achieve its target to generate a total GDV of over RM500 million from new launches in its financial year ending Dec 31, 2011
UMLand group CEO Pee Tong Lim believes that sales will be positive due to the development's strategic location, its established amenities and facilities around the township, coupled with the positive outlook for the real estate market in Selangor.
"We are targeting those with household incomes above RM7,000, investors looking for second homes and those who are planning to upgrade to bigger homes," he said.
Bandar Seri Putra is an intergrated township spread over 898 acres of freehold land, and is located along the KL-Seremban Highway. It is 37km from KL city, 12km from Bandar Baru Bangi, 30km from Putrajaya, 35 km from KLIA and 5km from Nilai.
