City of Elmina Launch Carnival

Sime Darby Property will be launching two new phases in the City of Elmina, namely Elmina Green phase 1B and Semanea Hills. The former will feature 20ft by 70ft 2-storey link homes with prices from RM617,088, while the latter consists of 24ft by 80ft superlink homes and 40ft by 80ft semidees with prices from RM792,850 and RM1.44 million, respectively.
