TA Global Bhd on Tuesday signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Alliance Bank Malaysia Bhd (KL:ABMB) to offer green financing for purchasers of its Grade-A strata office tower development called The Arden in Bandar Sri Damansara, Selangor.

EUPE Corp Bhd (KL:EUPE) announced that its Est8 @ Seputeh, a serviced residential development with a gross development value of RM658 million that is located in Kuala Lumpur, is 99% sold.
