The Malaysian Institute of Architects (PAM) has expressed its support towards the Ministry of Housing and Local Government’s initiative to introduce the Urban Redevelopment Act.

Kwasa Land Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Employees Provident Fund (EPF) and master developer of Kwasa Damansara, has announced a partnership with Impiana Land & Development Sdn Bhd (Impiana) to develop 47 acres of residential development called Serene Kwasa Damansara in Kwasa Damansara.

The second phase will be launched at end-March.
