A lawyer from law firm Skrine, which is representing Dhaya Maju-LTAT, said High Court Judge Datuk Aliza Sulaiman had yesterday fixed Dec 23, 2020 for case management.
Dhaya Maju-LTAT named the government and the Transport Minister as defendants in the judicial review application, where it is seeking permission to have the merits of the case heard in full.
It was previously reported on July 22 that the court had allowed substitute service to be utilised to serve the court documents to Mohamed Azmin's children.
