Since Britons voted to leave the European Union (EU) in the referendum on June 23, global markets have been reeling as the UK and the world come to terms with the implications. With its vibrant economy and rising property prices, Sarawak’s capital city Kuching is well positioned to become the state’s most popular residential destination for investors and owner-occupiers.

Kuching, the capital of Sarawak, has in recent times garnered more attention for its continuous rise in its real estate market, especially in the residential segment.
