Construction stocks in Malaysia have room to improve from currently unjustified valuations, amid booming data centres and upcoming public projects, analysts said.
Construction and engineering firm Lim Seong Hai Capital Bhd on Friday unveiled the prospectus for its initial public offering (IPO) to raise RM168.08 million as part of its listing transfer from the LEAP Market to the ACE Market.
Eco World Development Group Bhd (KL:ECOWLD) said on Tuesday it has signed agreements to sell a land for RM266.1 million and build a data centre on another land to be leased to Pearl Computing Malaysia Sdn Bhd, an affiliate of Google.
The listing offers investors up to 30% stake in the company, which made a net profit of RM46.02 million on revenue of RM200.81 million in the financial year ended Dec 31, 2023.
