During cross-examination in the High Court here today, Datuk Seri Najib Razak's lawyer Harvinderjit Singh asked Azlida Mazni Arshad, who is the legal and secretarial vice president of KWAP, if any member of the investment panel had expressed their opposition to the facilities granted to SRC in any of the meetings held, as this would be reflected in the minutes of meeting taken by the witness. Appellate court allows Rafizi's appeal in NFCorp defamation case

Lawyer Ranjit Singh, who acted on behalf of Rafizi, told reporters outside the court that the Court of Appeal agreed with their argument that an honest and fair-minded person could have come to the conclusion that Rafizi arrived at, which is that the government loan deposit from NFCorp was used as leverage in respect of a personal loan taken by Mohamad Salleh and his family.
