Bank Negara Malaysia’s (BNM) proposal to abolish the flat-rate method for calculating personal financing is seen as a significant step towards improving the financial health of households, said an economist.

NEM Rakyat will be increased by 150 megawatts (MW) to 600MW, while NEM Nova will be increased by 300MW to 1,700MW.
