Chan further raises stake in Talam Transform

KUALA LUMPUR: Tan Sri Chan Ah Chye, who has re-emerged as a substantial shareholder of Talam Transform Bhd since July 24, continues to mop up shares in the property firm.

Yesterday, the founder of Talam Transform bought an additional 56.25 million shares or a 1.33% direct stake via an off-market transaction. However, the transaction price was not known.

KSL share price jumps over 30% in July

City of London’s Gherkin tower put up for sale

LONDON: The Gherkin skyscraper in the City of London has been put up for sale and the landmark building is expected to attract interest from around the world, joint agents Savills plc and Deloitte Real Estate said on Tuesday.

The 40-storey office tower is being sold by receivers after one of its joint owners, Germany’s IVG Immobilien AG, filed for insolvency last year.
