The property developer first announced its intention to venture into the data centre business in 2020, earmarking land in Cyberjaya as part of its strategy to diversify beyond its core property operations.
Looking ahead, the group said it is planning to roll out about RM600 million worth of products in FY2026, with a focus on landed residential projects that continue to see resilient demand.
The project comprises 178 landed 2½-storey townhouses, with a lot size of 24ft by 65ft and a built-up area of 1,200 sq ft.
