KUALA LUMPUR (April 5): The prosecution should not have sought the forfeiture of a bungalow in Tanjung Bungah, Penang owned by Puan Sri Goh Gaik Ewe, the mother of fugitive financier Low Taek Jho, as it has nothing to do with 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB).

KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 11): Fugitive businessman Low Taek Jho's (Jho Low) name was not documented in the Cabinet minutes dated Sept 8, 2010 or in the supporting 14 Cabinet papers that same week, where it was revealed that the "donation" from Prince Saud Abdulaziz Al-Saud to 1Malaysia Development Bhd's (1MDB) charity arm Yayasan 1MDB was to be made but should remain confidential.
