KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 13): Selangor Dredging Bhd (KL:SDRED) is acquiring a freehold commercial land in Petaling Jaya for RM63 million to expand its land bank, with the site earmarked for a proposed development carrying an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM507 million.
Meanwhile, SDB’s other ongoing developments, 19Trees in Taman Melawati and Jia in Taman Bukit Serdang, are fully sold and currently in the final stages of construction.
All units are designed for multigenerational living, with layouts that include family areas, private terraces, powder rooms and rooftop openings in selected penthouses.
Nestled along approximately 630m of lake frontage, these lakeside homes range from 1,900 to 3,600 sq ft.
The acquisition is part of Selangor Dredging’s ongoing effort to identify suitable properties for its land bank, the group said in a stock exchange filing on Tuesday.
The Malaysia boutique developer’s One Draycott bagged five awards and its Jui Residences received one.
