KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 16): Several reserved land plots owned by Kuala Lumpur City Hall have been reserved for public housing projects, said Deputy Federal Territories Minister Datuk Dr Loga Bala Mohan yesterday.
The established Setapak neighbourhood has seen the growth in the average value of its high-rise homes outpace Kuala Lumpur’s.
Today, we continue our focus on Kuala Lumpur’s Setapak area by looking at average prices on a per square foot (psf) basis.
