In June, Sunsuria completed its acquisition of an additional 33% stake in Bangsar Hill Park Development Sdn Bhd, which owns and develops the Bangsar Hill Park project.
Situated along Lorong Maarof, the developer said the two 57-storey towers is currently the tallest condo in Bangsar.
Bangsar Hill Park was launched in August 2020, and is expected to be fully completed over the next eight years from the date of the announcement of the RPT (Jan 29), with estimated costs of around RM1.
In a trading stocks note on Friday, the research house said that if a breakout above that level happens, the stock may trend upwards further towards 58 sen, followed by the next resistance point of 62 sen, which is also the 4-month high.
“Bangsar Hill Park has been intentionally designed as purely residential condominiums to complement the commercial aspect in this vicinity.

Icon Sunsuria is a joint venture between Sunsuria Healthcare, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunsuria, and Icon Cancer Centre Singapore, which is part of the Icon Group, Australia’s largest integrated cancer care provider.
It is worth noting that the provision of financial assistance is a related party transaction as Sunsuria KL Sdn Bhd (SKLSB) owns 16% equity interest in BHPDSB and Suez Capital Sdn Bhd (Suez) owns another 29.
MARC said the rating affirmation incorporates Sunsuria’s property development approach, healthy overall take-up rates, and low inventory level.
